The working principle of 2QS Steam Reciprocating Pump is: the steam enters the steam distribution chamber from the steam inlet pipe, and then enters the cylinder through the steam inlet on the left side of the cylinder. into the waste steam chamber. When the cylinder piston moves, the pump chamber piston connected with the piston rod is pushed in the same direction, so that the left pump chamber of the water cylinder is vacuumed, and the water is sucked into the left pump chamber through the suction pipe and the left water inlet door. At the same time, the water outlet door on the right is opened to press the water out. When the cylinder piston moves to the top position on the right, the left movement of the connecting rod closes the steam inlet on the left side of the cylinder, opens the steam inlet on the right side, enters the steam, and the piston starts to move left again. The water pump piston sucks water from the right and pushes it out from the left. Through the continuous reciprocating motion of the water pump piston with the cylinder piston, water can be continuously absorbed and pressed out.
2QS Steam Reciprocating Pump is suitable for the delivery of high pressure head, small flow and high viscosity liquid, but not suitable for the delivery of corrosive liquid. Sometimes it is directly driven by a steam engine to transport flammable and explosive liquids.
