DG Multistage Pump is a horizontal multistage centrifugal pump, suitable for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The medium temperature of DG Multistage Pump is less than 80℃, which is suitable for mine drainage, oil field water injection, factory and urban water supply, drainage and other occasions. Oilfield water injection pumps use different materials according to the corrosiveness of the medium. The medium temperature of DG Multistage Pump is less than 105℃, which is suitable for all kinds of boiler feed water.
DG Multistage Pump is mainly composed of four parts: stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal:
The stator part is mainly composed of a suction section, a middle section, a discharge section and a guide vane, etc., each section is clamped by tightening bolts to form a working room. DG Multistage Pump generally sucks in horizontally and discharges vertically upwards; when it is used for oilfield water injection, both the inlet and outlet of the pump are vertically upward. The outlet and inlet of DG Multistage Pump are vertically upward.
The rotor part is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disc and shaft sleeve. The axial force is balanced by the balance plate. The bearing is mainly composed of a bearing body, a bearing and a bearing gland, etc. The bearing is lubricated with grease or thin oil. The shaft seal is sealed with soft packing, which is mainly composed of the water inlet section and the sealing box body on the tail cover, packing, and water retaining ring. DG Multistage Pump seal water comes from the pressure water in the pump. The sealing water of DG Multistage Pump comes from external water supply.
The transmission pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. Looking at the pump from the prime mover, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
