Submersible sewage pump is the abbreviation of non-clogging submersible sewage pump. On the basis of submersible pump, the channel adopts anti-clogging design, which is used for primary lifting, intermediate lifting and sludge return. Sewage pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, building construction, industrial sewage and sewage treatment occasions to discharge sewage, wastewater and rainwater containing solids and long fibers.
There are two commonly used installation methods for sewage pump: coupled installation and mobile installation.
1. Coupled installation is to connect the pump with the pipeline through the coupler, and the separation of the sewage pump from the water outlet pipeline is convenient, and the pump can be lifted by the lifting device during maintenance. Coupling installation is suitable for non-clogging submersible sewage pumps of various specifications, and is the most common installation method for non-clogging submersible sewage pumps. The coupler is supplied by the equipment manufacturer as a complete set.
2. Mobile installation means that the pump outlet pipeline is directly connected to the water surface through a hose, and the sewage pump is self-resetting at the bottom of the pool or suspended on a lifting device through iron chains. The mobile installation does not require couplers and the bottom of the pool to be fixed, which is easy to move, and can be lifted together with the pipeline during maintenance. At the same time, due to the installation method, it is difficult to bear large torque, and it is only suitable for small non-clogging submersible sewage pumps.
This information is an introduction to the common installation methods of sewage pump, I hope it will be helpful to you.
